- The Lakers will clinch their first losing season since 2004-05 with a loss today, giving them 42 on the year.
- In the 2014 NBA Draft lottery rankings, the Lakers dropped to 5th overall, still trailing Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Orlando and Boston, respectively.
- The Nuggets won their last game on Wednesday against the Dallas Mavericks, 115-110; however, they have struggled mightily of late, losing the previous 11 out of 12 games.
