The clock has struck 9pm in Los Angeles and the free agency season in the NBA has officially begun. Dwight Howard is now an unrestricted agent and will begin the process of being wooed by all NBA suitors, starting with the Houston Rockets.
The reported list of teams that have a meeting with Howard scheduled is surprisingly short. Only Houston, Golden State, Dallas Atlanta and the Lakers are scheduled through Tuesday to meet with Howard.
It seems that Howard’s decision will come quickly. The Lakers will have the last crack at selling their pitch to Howard and are reportedly scheduled for a Tuesday evening meeting. Howard will likely take a few days to mull over all of the overtures and we should expect an announcement well before July 10th which is the first date that free agents can officially sign a contract.
Are the reports true that Howard is leaning heavily towards bailing or does he decide to return to the purple and gold? In the meantime, the future of the Lakers and the other teams hang in the balance. Howard is officially on the clock.

My relatives every time say that I am wasting my time here
at web, but I know I am getting know-how every day by reading thes nice posts.
What’s up all, here every person is sharing such familiarity, so
it’s fastidious to read this blog, and I used to ggo to see ths
website every day.
I like it too; I’ve noticed that the width of the text, on my 15” srecen, is exactly the same of an A4 sheet – wondering if that width is somewhat “optimal” for human reading. The grey background is neutral and very relaxant, a favorite for many desks. So we have a sheet of paper on a desk basically 🙂
