Lakers Sign Guard and Former Trojan Nick Young

Los Angeles Lakers sign guard Nick Young

Mark Stein of ESPN is reporting that the Los Angeles Lakers have come to an agreement with guard Nick Young.

Young, who is 28 years old, last played for the Philadelphia 76ers last season where he averaged 10.6 points per game and shot 41.3 percent from the field. Young had his best season in 2010-2011 with the Washington Wizards where he averaged 17.4 points per game and shot 38.7 percent from the 3 point line. At 6’7 feet tall and 210 lbs., Young can play both the 2 guard and small forward position.
