- The Los Angeles Lakers might have to fight for their playoff lives without Kobe Bryant who severely sprained his ankle on the final play of the Atlanta. The Lakers have reported Kobe Bryant as being out indefinitely. Kobe Bryant’s history has been him returning quickly from injury, but by the looks of his ankle, as posted by his Kobe Bryant on his Twitter page, it just doesn’t look good for him playing in tonight’s game. https://twitter.com/kobebryant/status/312269229388877826
- The Lakers are currently in the 8th spot in the Western Conference, 1/2 a game ahead of the Utah Jazz. The Lakers have 16 games remaining to close out the regular season. The Utah Jazz are idle on Friday and will play the Memphis Grizzlies in Utah on Saturday.
- The Indiana Pacers are tough are home, they’ve compiled a 26-7 record at home. The Pacers are currently in a battle for the 2nd spot in the Eastern Conference with the New York Knicks who are just 1 game behind.
