  • The Los Angeles Lakers announced that Pau Gasol will return for today’s game but will come off the bench.
  • The Miami Heat have struggled of late, they are 5-6 in their last 11 games and 2-3 on their current road trip. The Heat did get a win last night against the Golden State Warriors, winning easily, 92-75 in Oakland.
  • Lebron James became the youngest player to reach 20,000 in their career in last nights game against the Warriors. Lebron James reached the milestone at the age of 28 years and 17 days old, besting the previous youngest, Kobe Bryant, who had reached the milestone at 29 years and 122 days old.
  • The Lakers look to continue their climb back into the playoff picture. The Lakers are currently in the 11th spot in the West but only 3 games behind both Utah and Houston who are tied for the 7th and 8th final spots.
