Kobe Bryant appeared to have injured his left knee on a drive at the 3:25 mark of the the 3rd of Tuesday’s nights win against the Memphis Grizzlies. Kobe fell to the floor winching in pain. Following the play, Kobe remained hunched over for a few seconds, holding his left knee and looking over the Lakers bench with a concerned look on his face. The injury will hit the Lakers team hard as they are already missing Steve Nash, Steve Blake and Jordan Farmar due to injury. Xavier Henry is the likely candidate to replace Kobe in the starting line up and take over the point guard duties until one of the 3 point guards return.
